Where can I contact you?

The best way is through email: stationery.memories25@gmail.com. Messages sent through social media may not be seen in a timely manner, so it's best to send an email or go to the Contact tab.


How long until I receive my order?

It takes about 3-5 business days for a book to be processed, printed, and then shipped. Shipping times are different depending on which country you're ordering from. It could take between 1-3 weeks for you to receive your order. If it has been longer than 30 days since your package was shipped and you still haven't received it, please contact me. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 


My journal arrived damaged, what should I do?

If your journal was damaged, misprinted, or had any other issue, contact me through the website or email me (stationery.memories25@gmail.com). Please provide pictures of the damage, and then we will work to resolve the issue. 


I don’t want my journal anymore. How can I return it?

If you don't want your journal, you have two weeks (14 days) to return it. 


How can I stay up to date on the newest journals or sales?

Follow Stationery Memories on social media! We are active on Instagram and TikTok.

 

Do you do custom orders?

No, at the present moment Stationery Memories is not equipped to do custom orders. 


I have a journal idea for you! Can you do it?

That's amazing! If you have an idea for a product you want to see Stationery Memories sell, feel free to email it to me (stationery.memories25@gmail.com) or submit it on the Contact page. I can’t guarantee that I will make it, but I’m always open to new ideas!
